Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using SchemaGenix (“Service”) operated by SchemaGenix.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

SchemaGenix is a web-based platform that provides tools for generating structured data markup (schema markup) for local businesses. Our Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature sets and usage limitations.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Service Plans and Subscriptions
Free Plan
Our free plan includes access to basic schema generation tools with the following limitations:
- Maximum 2 service areas per business
- Maximum 2 services offered per business
- Single key person entry
Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans include unlimited access to all features:
- Unlimited service areas and locations
- Unlimited services and products
- Multiple key personnel profiles
- Advanced features as described on our pricing page
Billing and Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees
- Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use our Service to:
- Generate schema markup for legitimate business purposes
- Create structured data for websites you own or have authorization to modify
- Test and validate schema markup using our tools
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to:

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF OUR SERVICE WILL:

- Increase website traffic or conversions
- Comply with future changes to search engine guidelines
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCHEMAGENIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Website penalties or ranking decreases
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

Subscription and Refund Policy
Billing Cycles
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
- Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days
- Billing dates are based on your initial subscription date
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
Refunds
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Users can evaluate all features through our comprehensive free tier before upgrading
- All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing Service use
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of billing
Price Changes
- We may modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
- Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at current rates for their current billing cycle
- Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new rates
